What Is The Playbook?
The Playbook is a four-phase program built for professional Black women
navigating corporate spaces that weren't designed for them.No fluff. No theory. Just the strategy most won't tell you —
the kind you usually only learn after it's already cost you too much.Across four phases, you'll learn to read the room, own your lane,
set boundaries that stick, command your voice, advance on your terms,
and protect what you've built.Phase 1 is live now. Phases 2-4 release through 2026.

Phase 1: Learn the Room.

You've done everything "right" — the degrees, the work, the preparation. And still, something about the environment feels like it wasn't built for you. Because it wasn't.
No one hands you the rulebook when you step into corporate — especially when you're one of the few Black women in the room.
Phase 1 is that rulebook.
